Die Gründung von Gemeinden ist arbeitsintensiv und fordert so ziemlich alles von den Teammitgliedern und Leitern. Deshalb ist es wichtig, nicht in einem Burn-out zu enden, sondern sich Zeit für die persönliche Weiterentwicklung und einem ausgeglichenen Lebensstil zu nehmen. Unser zweijähriges Begleitungsprogramm investiert sich in das Gründungsteam. Gemeinsam wächst man persönlich, geistlich und im Dienst für Jesus.
